The Gold Course has recently been completely renovated. We've replaced the putting greens with Champion Ultradorf Grains. These are superior putting surfaces unsurpassed on the beach. We have also made the tee surfaces larger and renovated the bunkers. We think you will really enjoy the changes we've made to the course. The Gold Course was the site of the 1977 nationally televised LPGA Championship. It is the only course in South Carolina that has hosted a major professional golf championship.

The Gold Course continues to be one of the most requested on the Grand Strand. It has been consistently ranked in the top 25 courses in the Carolinas. This George Fazio gem is noted for its creative bunkering and large greens. The par 5 18th hole is listed among the Myrtle Beach area's top 36 holes. This is the course most requested to play.
